How to Locate Waterfront Property Rentals
The traditional, time-honored way to search for rentals has been to visit the area where you want to vacation, look around, and find a home that interests you. In many resort towns, rentals have signs out front with the owner or property manager’s name and phone number displayed. In some waterfront resort destination areas, these signs may be very discretely placed, due to concerns about appearance, so you may have to search a little. Also, the owners of rentals may only put the sign out when they have vacancies in their schedule.
