How to Quit Smoking?

The simple answer on how to quit smoking is to simply stop.  For non-smoking men and women there is little more to it than that, and they probably wonder why smokers can’t or won’t kick this disgusting habit, especially with all the information available on the dangers to health.  But to understand the difficulties of stopping smoking you have to be a smoker.  All smokers know how to quit smoking but as this is both an addiction and a habit, not all tips and products work the same way for everybody.  Quitting can be a painful and a traumatic experience and so the nicotine addict wants to give him or herself the best chance possible with the less discomfort, and there’s nothing wrong with that!
