Tempting Condo Community Opens in Greater Chicago Area
Buyers in downtown Roselle haven’t been able to resist the temptation to buy condominiums from the castle like structure built on the corner of Park and Main. Towering over the street, the grand building is a new condo community that has been seeing optimistic sales since it first put its 62 condo units on the real estate market. It is one of the newer efforts in the rush to rebuild and redesign the whole community of Roselle, hoping that it will be the next Chicago suburban destination and bring more residents and visitors from the big city.
Park Street Crossing, the new community of luxury condos, offered prospective buyers their first look in July of 2006, and since sales started in February, 25% have either been sold or had deposits made on them, and it looks like this warm interest isn’t going to stop. It seems that effortlessly the developers have brought to Roselle an opportunity for stylish but practical living space. It is part of the redesign of the whole Main Street area, and is surrounded by new retro lamp posts and the addition of greener grass and taller trees along the length of the suburb’s major street.
