ADEA and Baby Boomers, Knowing Your Rights

The title says ADEA and Baby Boomers, but what does this mean? ADEA stands for Age Discrimination in Employment Act, and the reference to Baby Boomers really just means that it is our turn now, as it has been that of our parents before us. Discrimination on the basis of age is really counter productive. The people concerned (usually) just want to found useful. What employers often forget is the wealth of experience at their disposal; experience that when costed out would probably prove to be very expensive to gain by other means.
