Finding the Right Diet
Ask yourself if you can follow the plans exactly and slowly introduce carbs back into your life.
If Atkins or South Beach is just not for you, think about the other diets out there. Do you have the time in your life to prepare special food for you that is made without oils or salt or even butter as the Six Week Body Make Over asks you too? Do you have the time to prepare the somewhat complicated recipes of the Sonoma diet or the recipes of the Mediterranean diet? While Sonoma and Mediterranean allow you to eat more freely than SWBM and low carb diets, the food still needs to be prepared. Or would you rather have your meals sent to you pre made so all the guess work is gone and all you need to do is heat them up?
