Fire At Sungei Kadut Brought Under Control In 4 Hours
August 3rd, 2008Fire broke out at Sungei Kadut Street 1 on 3 August at around 3.30pm and the Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) brought the situation under control in 4 hours. It is reported that the fire was at Tiong Soon Hup, a company dealing in timber located at 60 Sungei Kadut St 1. Most companies in Singapore, dealing in timber, are located at Sungei Kadut, in the north-western part of Singapore. Several fires have occurred in the past years.
