Have You Tried A Low Carbohydrate Diet?
You might be surprised by the results of being on a low carbohydrate diet because it does take off the weight. However, like any diet it’s worthwhile only if you keep doing it. Once you stop the weight will gradually reappear and the benefits of the low carbohydrate diet are essentially lost. I personally tried it and lost almost 30 pounds in a very short period of time. I got really bored with the food selections and stopped after about six months. Most of the weight was back within about six months.
