Find some self help for healing a broken heart.

 You might never have imagined you could feel this way. It’s natural that you will feel completely disoriented and unable to cope. These feelings and reactions are normal and unfortunately, must run their course. The best thing you can do for yourself is to gather your close friends and family members around you.

The people who love you and care about you will support you. When you’re feeling especially low, call your best friend. Call your Mom. Invite a friend to come over. Real friends care. You may discover just one new perspective over a two hour telephone visit. Do take one day at a time. That’s about all you can do. It’s enough for now.
