Parakeet Sounds
Parakeet owners are very familiar with the many cheerful parakeet sounds they make. Parakeets constantly make sounds ranging from squawks to tiny chirps. Next, you might create words from the sounds.
Parakeets are able to speak and can actually have a fairly large vocabulary. Sometimes they don’t talk because you haven’t spent enough time with them. By studying a parakeet’s high “voice” you may find that it’s noises are actually it’s mimicking of your words.
In order for a parakeet to talk the owner must repeat a word or phrase until the bird can say it. Parakeets may not be the best choice for those seeking a speaking bird, as they are not known for their ability to learn to talk as other species are. No matter how hard you try to get your parakeet to speak English, the funny noises it prefers to make is still pleasant.
