As you walk in he jumps up, placing his paws on your chest in a friendly behavior, wanting to play, get some attention, or simply serve you. But if you allow it, chances are your dog behaves the same way when familiar guests arrive, and they may not feel the same way as you do. In fact they may even be a little scared. Certainly they are a little annoyed. It’s just a matter of teaching your dog good manners when you use the right training methods to stop dog jumping.
