A CT Seafood Restaurant with South American Style

When you think of most CT seafood restaurants, you probably picture the same old summertime shacks serving crab, lobster, and fried clams. Although this can all be very tasty, especially considering Connecticut’s position on the shoreline, it can get boring. There is a new restaurant in Fairfield County, however, called Fiesta Limena, and it serves outrageously good seafood. You may not find it listed as a CT seafood restaurant, though, because it is really a Peruvian restaurant. The thing many people do not realize is that in Peru, many of the dishes center around seafood. This is because they have one of the greatest and most diverse selection of fish and shellfish that can be found anywhere on the planet. Peruvian chefs have learned to use creative and interesting ways to cook all kinds of seafood, and it shows at restaurants like Fiesta Limena.
