Meal Planning For Weight Loss

One of the best ways to kick start your body to start losing weight is to prepare a schedule of weight loss meal plans. You can prepare these quickly and follow them strictly from Monday to Friday then give yourself the weekend as a time to relax a little on the whole strict eating regime. Obviously you don’t want to undo all your good work during the week so it pays to be sensible. The great thing about smaller meals is that you still get to have breakfast, lunch and dinner but you also have a couple of snack breaks in between. It’s a myth to think that by cutting out meals, you will lose weight, because your body is more complex than that and you don’t want it to go into any form of preservation mode.
