Muscle Building Exercises That Rock!

Sure it’s true that any weight training exercise will stimulate muscle growth up to a certain point, there is one type of weight training in particular that has stood the test of time, basic free weight exercises. While certainly not jaw dropping compound movements are the most basic free weight exercises around and are very effective at helping you increase your muscular strength and helping you pack on muscle mass fast.

Here is my go-to list of the most effective muscle building exercises. These are the exercises that make up about 90% of all of my bodybuilding workouts. While simple, focusing on these muscle building exercises most of the time allows me to continue to enjoy increases in my strength and muscle growth in a very reasonable amount of time;Barbell Squat, Weighted Step Ups, Stiff Legged Dead-lift, Barbell Rows, Dead-lift, Lunges (Barbell or Dumbbell), Barbell Curls, Alternating Dumbbell Curls, Bench Press (Barbell or Dumbbell).
