Peruvian Avocados, A Great Way To Start Your Day

When my college roommate introduced me to her food types, I was really hesitant at first. I thought her choices was way out of my league. I like fruits but I have always contained myself with orange, apples, banana, peaches, strawberries, pineapples and only that. As soon as she showed me this round stuff that looked like a baby alligator all coiled up , which by the way is its other name (alligator pear), I was flabbergasted. She cut it in half and sliced the flesh, put those slices in the blender with milk and some sugar plus ice. She forced me to try her avocado shake and to my delight, it was really good! The creamy taste plus the refreshing factor it gives, everyone must try. Peruvian avocado has got to be my newest favorite fruit! With all the studies and the school papers that we have to finish, it feels great that avocado is really an energy booster and it even contains a huge amount of potassium even 60% more than bananas! Incredible!
