Thinking of Visiting Cape Town?

Friday, August 22nd, 2008

Are you visiting Cape Town, South Africa and browsing the Internet for tourist attractions and interesting activities whilst you are here on holiday? Be sure not to forget to write down Shark Cage Diving on your to-do-list. South Africa, especially the South Coast, is one of the most popular places in the world to see the Great White Shark. Hermanus and Gansbaai are both located only 100 – 160 km from Cape Town and are excellent, Shark Cage Diving operators in the southern parts of Cape Town.
When going out with either one of these shark cage dive operators, you can expect to see some great shark viewing either from on the boat’s deck or from inside a cage. When standing on-deck, the sharks are thrown bait and that is the best position to view Great White predatory action. But there is nothing like being in the water and have a shark swim right in front of the cage you are standing in. It requires nerves of steel, but one of the best experiences you’ll ever experience in your entire life.

Shark Cage Diving in South Africa is very popular, so to avoid disappointment, contact Apex Shark Cage Diving now and make your booking now!

Rich rain forest is the terrain at the Mount Kenya National Park and stretching plains dominate the Masai Mara. Guides drive parties in 4×4 vehicles or in open back trucks on the Africa safari.

Historical Main River Cruise

Monday, August 18th, 2008

I’m a big history buff and book my vacations accordingly.  I’ve travelled all over the US but I had never been overseas when I booked my Main River cruise.  I figured I would use my first trip abroad to see a variety of different locations and then I’d have a better idea of where I’d like to visit again when I got the chance to come back.  What a great decision:  I ended up on a lovely cruise through some of the most beautiful landscape I’ve ever seen.  I could go on and on about all the historical sites we visited, but instead let me close with a word about the beer in Bamberg:  try it.  It’s a life changing experience.

Memorable Czech Republic River Cruise

Monday, August 18th, 2008

My friends are probably all tired of my raving about the wonderful Czech Republic river cruise I just came back from, but I can’t stop!  Everything was just so perfect.  My husband booked the trip for our anniversary and not only was the trip itself exquisite, but on our special day, there was a bottle of champagne waiting for us in our room when we retired for the evening.  It was the little touches, like the champagne, that just made everything magical.  To add to everything, my husband surprised me with an extra 3 days in Prague at the end of the trip.  We had plenty of extra time to spend enjoying each other’s company and exploring.  It truly was a once in a lifetime experience.

St Martin Island: A perfect vacation?

Monday, August 18th, 2008

When we got to St Martin Island, we were a little bit surprised. I guess I should have thought about it ahead of time, but I had no idea that the island would be so built up and overdeveloped. It was completely crowded from shore to shore. There was almost no empty space.

Don’t get me wrong – there still were beautiful beaches on St. Martin Island. It is actually famous for its beaches, as well as its hotel resorts. There was little serenity, however, as every place we went was completely crowded with other visitors.

A new work from home travel opportunity. Recession proof your income!

Saturday, August 16th, 2008

A new work from home travel opportunity is turning both the internet business world and a $7 trillion travel industry upside down. Why? Every 8 seconds a Baby Boomer turns 60 years old which makes travel the next Baby Boomer market. This predominently wealthy generation is causing 3 major trends creating possibly the biggest market shift of our time.

  • The Shift to the Internet - “Brick and mortar” travel agencies continue to decrease rapidly in favor of more efficient, economical and convenient internet booking engines. The Baby Boomers are definitely internet users, are comfortable buying online and when asked how they plan to spend their retirement they almost always respond with travel, travel, travel.
  • Word of Mouth Marketing - 80% of all vacations are estimated as being from a referal. When you come back from vacation the first thing you want to do is tell everyone about it proving that word of mouth works. Now you can get paid for it!
  • Home Based Business - Home based businesses is the future. The government continues to setup many tax advantages and programs to promote this trend as families begin to realize that they need to take their future in their own hands. With an unstable economy at best, a failing social security system and health care becoming completely unaffordable, the time for a new way of thinking is here.

A new work from home travel opportunity is changing the lives of thousands. Getting started as a home based travel agent is easy and affordable and building your own home based travel business right now makes a whole lot of sense for many entreprenuers…what about you?

Romantic Asia River Cruise

Tuesday, August 12th, 2008

I’m planning to propose to my girlfriend on our upcoming Asia river cruise.  I picked this cruise because I think it’s a great example of why we are the perfect match.  We both love to travel and trying new things and a river cruise through China is definitely unusual and new experience for us both.  I’ve extended our stay in China so that we will have the opportunity to visit Guilin and Hong Kong as well.  I’m going to wait until the end of the trip to pop the question at Elephant Trunk Hill.  The pagodas are supposed to be lit up in the evening and I think it will be the perfect romantic ending to our trip.

Getting More on My Holland River Cruise

Tuesday, August 12th, 2008

I decided to take a cruise instead of do a regular vacation so that I would get more for my money this year.  I knew I wanted to go to Europe, which led me to a river cruise.  I picked out a Holland river cruise so that I would get a chance to see the tulips and windmills in that region.  I’m booked to go next spring and I’m looking forward to seeing many different places on my trip.  I wasn’t very impressed with the last vacation I had because although I scheduled a tour, the travel accommodations themselves were not very nice.  I saw a lot, but I had a miserable time driving around on a bus.  Travelling via cruise ship means that I will be able to enjoy all of my vacation, not just the few hours at the destination.
