Your Actions May Be the Reason Why You Get Constipated Frequently
Monday, March 8th, 2010If you don’t listen to your body’s signals, this can have the side effect of not allowing your body to clear waste when it needs to, and may end up with you constipated.
Here’s how this works:
Have you ever had an urge to go, but couldn’t it go at that particular point in time? Most of us have. This is why our body allows us to go when we need to, not automatically making us to go like some of the other creatures in the animal kingdom. However, quite often, we make the mistake of not just holding off on going for a few minutes until we get to a restroom, but putting it off until there’s a more convenient time. This could be 30 minutes, an hour or more later, depending on what we have going in our day at that time.
