I am Not Losing Weight!
Thursday, December 31st, 2009So now that new years eve is here it is time to make a resolution I can keep and that is that I am not losing weight this year. I am sick of dieting and fighting to stay in a 34″ waistline. I am getting older and spreading out. I have to face the fact that I am not the same shape I was when I was 18.
Every year I try to get down to the weight I was when I was young and I came close a few years ago. But my waist never did get back to the 31 it once was. I am tired of being frustrated and hungry. This year not losing weight will be the goal even if not gaining more may be a realistic resolution also.
